    Collaboration for HIV/AIDS prevention: government agencies, NGOs, community-based organizations, USAID-funded cooperating agencies, UN agencies, selected donors, and the corporate sector are working together in this area. Avert in developing advocacy materials for the corporate sector's workplace intervention initiative on HIV/AIDS. The advocacy kit included fact sheets about HIV/AIDS in Maharashtra, an explanation of why and how HIV/AIDS will impact the business community and guidelines on how they could actively contribute in meeting the challenge. The materials were disseminated to business leaders who also signed their commitment to this initiative on a pledge board.
